This SEO-optimized mainline filter provides heavy-duty protection to maximize water clarity across high-demand residential and commercial buildings.

WaterLabs 123YM – Key Product Highlights:

• BIS & ISI Certified Quality: Rigorously tested and certified to ensure exceptional structural integrity, higher flow rates, and superior pressure thresholds compared to generic plastic models. Made in India for trusted performance.
• 90-Micron Stainless Steel 316 Mesh: Features an ultra-premium, rust-resistant SS 316 grade mesh screen that effortlessly blocks dirt, algae, mud, sand, and fine impurities down to 90 microns. Delivers robust rust prevention, especially under high Indian summer temperatures.
• Massive 15,000 L/h Flow Rate: Engineered to easily manage a massive capacity of 15,000 liters per hour, ensuring an uninterrupted, high-volume water supply to meet the demands of large homes, multi-story apartments, or light commercial properties.
• 8 Bar Max Pressure Rating: Built to withstand heavy mechanical workloads. It features a high structural pressure safety tolerance up to 8 Bar, making it perfectly suited to be installed directly after a high-powered 2HP pump line or right beneath an overhead storage tank.
• Premium PPGF / Polyamide Construction: Molded from heavy-duty Polypropylene Glass-Filled (PPGF) and polyamide composites rather than cheap, ordinary plastic. Offers extreme structural strength, exceptional impact resistance, and long-term durability.
• Protects RO Systems & Costly Fittings: Acts as an efficient frontline defense screen that filters abrasive sediment-heavy water, drastically increasing the operational lifespan of RO membranes, inline water softeners, geysers, taps, and luxury bathroom showers.
• Tool-Free Maintenance & Zero Electricity: Operates entirely without electricity or recurring chemical expenses. Designed for simple, hassle-free DIY installation and frictionless periodic flush cleaning to maintain optimal pressure.

Video Guide: Screen Filter Installation & Setup:

Step-by-Step Main Line Screen Filter Installation Guide:

• Check Water Flow Alignment: Before plumbing, locate the directional directional arrow structural mark molded onto the inlet/outlet arms of your 123YM filter body. Install the housing matching this arrow path to ensure water enters through the correct side.
• Connect Main Line Fittings: Use standard 1.5-inch plumbing connections and quality Teflon tape to mount the filter securely onto your pipeline network—either right after your primary water pump line or before the entry point of your overhead water tank.
• Secure Cartridge Alignment: Ensure the heavy-duty internal rubber sealing ring is flush on the 90-micron mesh cartridge, keeping it centered within the top and bottom seals of the housing container to avoid any unfiltered water bypass.
• Pressure Gauge Setup: Two localized structural ports are provided on top to easily mount pressure gauges if required. For standard residential home installations, these ports can simply be left as they are.
• Routine Flush Maintenance: Clean the internal cartridge once a month by turning off the inlet water supply line, releasing local system line pressure, unscrewing the cup-shaped bottom lid anti-clockwise, pulling the SS 316 mesh out, and rinsing off accumulated mud under running tap water.
