WaterLabs Product Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing WaterLabs.

Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.

• The warranty covers only the outer body of the product.

• The cartridge is not covered under warranty.

Replacement Policy:

• In case a replacement is required due to a manufacturing defect, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Cartridge Replacement:

• The cartridge is a consumable item and must be replaced every 3 to 6 months, depending on the water quality in your area.

• Since the cartridge is a consumable component, it is not covered under warranty.
