Reusable water tank pre-filters for sand, dirt and suspended sediment. Choose your pipe size, then select a micron rating.
Find your fit
Match your pipe connection, not your tank capacity. Confirm the pipe size with your plumber before ordering. The Filter size should be the same as the Pipe Size. Ex. a pipe with 1 inch size needs a 1 inch or bigger filter.

Choose a micron rating
A lower micron number means a finer mesh: 37 or 50 micron for finer sediment screening, 75 or 90 micron for intermediate screening, and 130 micron for coarser debris. Check each model’s flow and pressure specifications; finer mesh may need more frequent cleaning.

Where to use a tank pre-filter
- Before storage: screen suspended sand and dirt before water enters your tank.
- On a compatible main line: help reduce sediment reaching pipes, taps and downstream appliances.
- On larger water lines: compare the 1.5-inch and 2-inch models when your connection and required flow call for them.
Before ordering, check connection size, flow, operating pressure and installation position. Clean the reusable mesh according to the model’s maintenance instructions.
